Night # 2 of the 2022 season at the Adams County Speedway had multiple battles with Mother Nature on Saturday night, but in the end fans were treated to five great feature events and a completed show. A brief rain shower fell over the speedway during the nights second heat race that delayed the on track action for around 1/2 hour. Before qualifying action was completed yet another stoppage hit the speedway, this time for lightening in the area. Once feature action got underway, the 96 drivers in attendance put on some great racing battles.

Josh Cooper put on a clinic in a caution free Poet Biofefing Modified feature, scoring his first career A Modified win by 10.536 seconds over runner up John Davis of Altoona, IA. Jeff James claimed third over opening night winner Jesse Dennis.

In the Liberty Realty Compacts, Tyler Housley made his first start of the season a memorable one as he captured the feature win over last weeks winner and ACS point leader John Berg. Greenfield's Braxton Wallace in his first full season competing at ACS, rounded out the podium.

Northland Oil Stock car action yet again put on one of the best shows of the night. Both Nick Steier and Dusty Van Horn were making their first ACS starts of 2022 and it looked as if one of them would be visiting Miller Lite Victory Lane. Late race cautions bunched the field and made it a race to the finish that would for the second week find Creston's Glen Hoyt taking the top spot late in the going to claim the victory. Van Horn finished in the runner up spot, while Brad Derry recovered from an early race pit stop to finish in third.

Austin Paul had a convincing win on opeing night in the O'Reilly Auto Parts B-Mods, but in order for him to go back-to-back on Satruday night he had to charge from the tenth starting spot on the grid. After methodically working his way through traffic Paul reach the front late in the going so score the win, his fourth in a row at ACS dating back to 2021. Shawn Kralik crossed the line in second while defending track champion Jerod Weston was the nights hard charger finishing in third after starting in 16th.

The Chat Mobility Hobby Stocks closed out the night and for the second week in a row it was Bedford's Luke Ramsey going to victory lane. Ramsey took the lead on the final lap from eventual runner up Tanner Dixon after starting in 12th Following Dixon across the line was defending track champion Jerid Lund.
